Between the school that closes at short notice, the medical appointment in the middle of the afternoon, the dinner you have been invited to, the week where work spills over and the one where everything is calm, childcare needs for a family settled here rarely form a straight line. Hiring someone full time to cover those gaps is expensive and creates a heavy arrangement; improvising each time costs something else — stress, and last-minute solutions nobody really chose.
How we work answers exactly that: you book a session when the need appears. One isolated evening, three nights in a month, a busy week and then nothing for a fortnight. Nothing locks you into a rhythm, and nothing is charged when you do not call on us. The rate is hourly, quoted before you confirm, and paid when the nanny arrives.
That does not make the care improvised. Families who call on us more than once get the same nanny whenever availability allows: your child recognises her, the habits of the house are already known, and the activities pick up where they left off. If regularity settles in, it comes from your side — not from a commitment signed upfront.
